Each and every one of our fitness sessions are individually designed daily to drive results. We have three main styles of training to cover all aspects you will need to achieve your goals!
Our Sweat Sessions are designed to give you a high intensity workout mixing cardio and strength, these are great for Shredding fat and building lean muscle.
Our Lift classes focus more on using weight and as a result, there is less cardio in these classes. Weightlifting is also a great way to burn fat and we recommend mixing in our Lift classes with our Sweat sessions to achieve the best results.
