WHY THE SHREDQUARTERS?

At The Shredquarters – no one is lost. Every one of our personal trainers have your fitness aspirations at the forefront of their training methods. Each and every one of our fitness sessions are individually designed daily to drive results. We have three main styles of training to cover all aspects you will need to achieve your goals!

Our Shred Sessions are designed to give you a high intensity workout mixing cardio and strength, these are great for Shredding fat and building lean muscle.

Our Commando Classes focus more on using weight and as a result, there is less cardio in these classes. Weightlifting is also a great way to burn fat and we recommend mixing in our Commando Classes with our Shred Sessions to achieve the best results.

 

Finally, our Tornado Training is a similar intensity to a Shred, these give you a chance to try at least 40 different exercises.

Additionally we run Yoga and Core Training to give you a great variety of classes in our network of gyms.

It doesn't matter what fitness level you are at as we also offer Beginner Shred Sessions for people with little to no experience in a gym.
